As we all try to navigate a world that is changing almost hourly due to COVID-19 we want you to know that the health and well-being of our staff, guests and community is our main priority. Following is an update about the measures we have put in place to deal with the crisis.

Tamborine Mountain Cellar Door
As per last night’s directive (Sunday 22nd March) from the Federal Government our Cellar Door remains open, but we are no longer able to offer the full cellar door tasting experience. Instead we are operating much like an on-premise bottle shop where you can purchase all the essentials including wine, cider, cheese and artisanal produce. We think we now qualify as the most beautiful bottle shop in the world!

Please be assured that if you do visit our cellar door to pick up supplies, all staff have been instructed to take strict precautions to keep everyone safe including exceptional hygiene, rigorous and frequent cleaning, hand washing and social distancing.

Witches on Wheels
Much like the rest of the industry, we at Witches Falls have had to rapidly adapt our business model and augment our operations to do all we can to get through this. To help with this we’ve launched an exciting new initiative Witches on Wheels – a 7-day a week South East Queensland home delivery service* that brings our wonderful wine, cider and artisanal produce to you.

The entire process from order to delivery will be managed in-house by the Witches Falls crew. Mikey and Ben together with Wasabi the Witches Falls Van and Reggie the Rav will be doing lots of heavy lifting so that you don’t have to. All you need to do is place an order and we’ll pack it that same day and advise you of your expected delivery.

* We are planning to cover as much of South East Queensland as we can. For those of you outside this area we’re still delivering (sorry, no cheese) using our regular courier services Aramex and Australia Post.

Wholesale Orders
We are still delivering to our retail and hospitality partners to make sure independent bottle shops and restaurants have stocks of our wines and ciders. Please contact Michael michael@witchesfalls.com.au (0419 342 114) or the winery sales@witchesfalls.com.au to facilitate.

Winery Events
Based on advice from the Australian Government and, in line with the latest direction regarding larger public gatherings, we have taken the precaution of postponing both our Grape to Glass: Vintage 2020 (March 29) and May Members’ Day (May 24) events until further notice.

Online shopping
For those of you who would prefer not to visit or are self-isolating, the good news is we ship our wines and ciders Australia wide for a flat rate of $14 per carton (12 wine bottles). We will also be bringing you special offers to help get you through, so please keep checking emails and socials for updates. Deliveries
To keep you and our delivery drivers safe, postal orders no longer require a signature and will either be left at your front door if safe to do so, or taken to your nearest collection point. Please see the updated terms of our Aramex and Australia Post couriers here.

What we can do to help
