Chic, Golden and Luscious. Our 2020 Wild Ferment Chardonnay is a graceful expression of a noble classic. With an elegant bouquet of tropical fruits, almond blossom and honeysuckle and bursting with notes of citrus, nectarine and crème anglaise, the sumptuous palate is perfectly balanced by a cool minerality and lively, lemon-peel acidity.

The fruit for our 2020 Wild Ferment Chardonnay was grown in premium Riverland vineyards and crafted at our Tamborine Mountain winery. Fermentation facilitated by wild yeast and barrel maturation has added texture and complexity to this stunning wine.
