Wild Ferment

One of winemaking’s most divisive areas, fermentation may be facilitated by either wild or commercially sourced yeasts. Natural yeasts produce an infinite variety of interesting textures and flavour compounds. These exquisite wines have all been barrel matured.
Our Wild Ferment collection offers a plethora of alternative varieties such as Marsanne, Arinto, Touriga and Saperavi, along with some well loved classics like Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Garnacha, taking you on a wine adventure around the globe.
Prophecy
Need something extra special for that someone special? How about a wine from our Prophecy collection?
A true revelation, Prophecy collection wines are sourced from the highest quality vines and produced with the utmost attention to detail. Barrel aged for up to 24 months these wines demonstrate Queensland's striking capacity for quality.
Prophecy wines are also not produced every vintage, in-fact the last Prophecy wines were made in 2019!
Currently available is an absolutely stunning Cabernet Sauvignon. Distinguished, Assertive, Opulent. The Prophecy Cabernet Sauvignon commands attention with its exceptional structure and savoury tannins. This is a complex, layered and clearly articulated red.

Christmas Delivery Fees & Cut-Offs
We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $99, for selected Gold Coast and Greater Brisbane postcodes (WOW Delivery).
For all other orders, outside of the WOW Delivery Region, we offer FREE shipping for orders over $199.
For all orders that fall under the free delivery threshold, we charge a flat rate of $25 via our delivery partners Aramax and Australia Post.
To avoid disappointment this Christmas, please be aware of Christmas Delivery cut-offs.
WOW Delivery: For those inside our WOW Delivery zone, order by Monday 19th December for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
Outside WOW Delivery: If your delivery address falls outside of our WOW Delivery region, delivery cut-offs from our delivery partners Aramex and Australia Post are Monday 12th December.
