In order to qualify for free shipping your order must be over $199 after a discount has been applied. For example; if your order total is $220 and you apply a $50 loyalty points voucher this would bring your order total to $170, which is no longer eligible for free shipping.
If your order value is over $199 and the system is still trying to apply shipping, please check the shipping options available. The system will often default to paid shipping, even if you have qualified for free shipping. Please ensure 'free shipping' is selected at checkout.
