Yes, to help us allocate you the correct table size, we ask that children and non-drinkers be included in your booking numbers.

Our wine tasting experience is $10 per head and typically lasts a minimum of 60 minutes. The tasting includes six pours and permits freedom of choice between all of our wines (excluding any members’ only wines). Your friendly tasting host will guide you through every pour, providing tasting notes for each wine. A separate artisanal cider tasting is also available for $16.
No, absolutely not. Simply let your friendly host know who would like to do a wine tasting, and you will be only charged for those people.
No, wine tastings are not mandatory. All of our wines are available for purchase by the glass or bottle, if you would prefer to not do a tasting.
No, as we offer our own produce menu items we do not allow any outside food to be brought onsite. You can view a copy of our Produce Menu here.
The only exception to this is Birthday Cakes but if you do bring a cake we ask that you are completely self sufficient. We do not have plates, serviettes, cutlery, candles, cutlery or fridge space for storage.
Your booking guarantees your table for 90 minutes, and depending on following bookings additional time may not be possible at your table. However, if you would like to stay longer at our beautiful venue you are more than welcome to bring your own picnic blanket to move to after your tasting.
No, unfortunately we cannot accommodate a tasting experience if you are on a picnic blanket. However, all of our wines are available for purchase by the glass or bottle for your enjoyment, plus we have our produce menu available for you to build your own cheese board.
As a predominately outdoor venue, wet weather does limit our seating capacity. We will always try to accommodate current bookings as best we can in our limited undercover space, but if there are any issues we’ll give you a call.
Whilst we are a working winery, we do not currently offer tours to showcase the inner workings of the winery. However, our cellar door is open 7-days for tastings and our knowledgeable team are happy to answer any questions you may have.
No, not at this stage, as we are a predominantly outdoor venue and have no wet weather contingency.

Yes, we do have onsite parking, however it is limited. On weekends and event days on-site parking is hard to come by, but there is ample street parking available.
There is no public transport on Tamborine Mountain, and there is limited access to Ubers/Taxi’s. To get around on Tamborine Mountain, driving is the best option, or if you plan on having a couple of drinks whilst you are here we recommend looking into a Tour Company:
Yes we are open on all public holidays except for Good Friday & Christmas Day. On ANZAC Day we open from 1pm.
We do not have a restaurant on-site, however we do offer a wide selection of cheeses, chutneys and crackers which can be enjoyed alongside your tasting. You can view a copy of our Produce Menu here.

Yes, we are absolutely a family friendly venue! We just ask that you please let us know if you are bringing a pram along. Please note that we do not have any high chairs.
Yes, we have 2 unisex bathrooms onsite 1 of which has a baby change table available.
YES! We absolutely love meeting your four-legged friends. Please let us know if you are bringing your furry friends when making a booking. We just ask that they are friendly, well-behaved and on a leash.
Yes, the venue is accessible by wheelchair, and we have a disability friendly bathroom. Please note however that we are a predominantly outdoor venue, with a variety of terrains including grass, gravel, paved footpaths etc.
Yes, all of our wine & cider is gluten free.
Yes, our red wines are. However our white wines & moscato may contain milk as they are fined using milk powder.

We offer free delivery in the following instances:
You live in a selected Gold Coast or Greater Brisbane postcode and your order is over $99 Check your eligibility here. Delivery is via our own Witches Falls WOW Home Delivery Service.
You live anywhere in Australia and your order is over $199. Delivery is via our delivery partners Australia Post or Aramex.
For all orders that fall outside of these instances we charge a flat rate of $25.

Yes, we offer free click & collect. When placing your order online simply select pick-up as your delivery method and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.
For orders outside of the WOW delivery region, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped and you will then be able to track your delivery through our delivery partners (Aramex or Australia Post).
For orders within the WOW delivery region, you will receive a message when your order is out for delivery, and our driver will deliver your order that day (between 9am - 5pm).
