Witches Falls Winery is a James Halliday award winning winery located on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland of Queensland. Placed as one of the largest wineries in Queensland we are a rapidly growing business with a vibrant culture and busy Cellar Door.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Cellar Door Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
The Cellar Door Manager is a senior position within our Wine Consultants team. The main role of the Cellar Door Manager is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our busy Cellar Door, guiding employees to provide an exceptional customer experience whilst increasing sales and business revenue in line with the Witches Falls Winery brand strategy.
The position is based at our Witches Falls Winery premises on Tamborine Mountain and will be a key role in the promotion of Agritourism within the region.
Some of the key responsibilities will be:
Daily running of our Cellar Door and managing customer service
Training and motivation of staff ensuring a professional, educational presentation of our products and the Witches Falls brand
Promotion and growth of our Members Wine Club
Cellar door rostering, staff hiring, purchasing and sales analysis
Comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol, Department of Liquor and Gaming and OH&S regulations
The position will work closely with both our marketing and production management teams

The successful applicant will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills along with experience in people management and work well within a diverse team. Specific wine knowledge not necessary.
You will need to hold a valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
This role will be a 5 day Full Time position including some weekend work, including public holidays and may include some after hours and off site work from time to time.Apply Now
