An exciting opportunity exists to join the Witches Falls team as a Wine Ambassador located in our Tamborine Mountain Cellar Door.
As an Ambassador, you will pride yourself in delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on sales and love for wine.
We are looking for new team members who hold the following capabilities:
• Excellent communication skills and be able to engage with all people
• Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
• Enjoy wine sales and are target oriented
• High level of personal presentation
• A friendly can-do attitude
• A desire to develop your wine and cider knowledge
• Physically fit, capable of lifting cases of wine
• Valid RSA
• Ability and willingness to work weekends
Duties and responsibilities will include:
• Confidently recommend and sell wine
• Achieve sales targets set by Cellar Door Manager
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Represent the Witches Falls brand maintaining high Cellar Door presentation standards
• Host guided wine and cider tastings to large and small groups
• Assist with in house and off-site events
• Cheese and wine service
• Work diligently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• General housekeeping duties such as moving stock, cleaning etc…
