The Provenance Cabernet Sauvignon

recently purchased several Witches Falls Provenance Wines.

One of them was the Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Cab Sauvignon is full bodied with a strong aroma of vanilla.

Tasting the wine it has an upfront flavour of vanilla and blackcurrant with an after tasting note of pepper.

It currently is a bold wine with high tannin and should cellar well to a more smoother flavour within 12 to 18 months or longer.

It would be best served with game meats or beef dishes.

It’s an enjoyable wine with Winter’s meal.

Visited the cellar door on a colder rainy day and this was perfect by the fire. Liked it so much a purchased a bottle to take home.
