Delicate, Fragrant and Balance. This Eastern French Varietal is a combination of complexity and elegance. Fruit sourced from the Granite Belt vineyards has been thoughtfully processed at our Tamborine Mountain winery and fermented with natural wild yeast. 

Our Wild Ferment Pinot Noir greets with wonderful aromatics of red cherry, raspberry and warm spicy oak that are complemented by hints of earthiness on the nose. The palate is greeted with smooth red plum, red berries and a hint of spice. The fine tannins, balanced acidity and velvety texture make for an impressive finish.

One of my favourites

Everything I love about a Pinot noir and more. Every time I am entertaining guests, this is a pleaser. A great price for an amzing Pinot.

Exceptional

I’ve tried many varieties of Pinot Noirs, and some I’ve found rather disappointing. This wine however is strikingly exceptional and hits every note, full bodied, with a spicy edge, but full of delicious plum and raspberry tang which lingers long after consumption. The only disappointment is when you finish the bottle.
