Grassy, Layered & Lively. Our Wild Ferment Semillon boasts a nuanced flavour profile, thanks to its wild yeast fermentation and maturation in seasoned French oak barriques. Lightly herbaceous, aromas of green papaya and lime rind greet the nose and lead to a medium-bodied palate showing honeydew melon, pear, grassiness, soft acidity and layers of subtle oak.
