In order to qualify for free shipping your order must be over $99 (or $199 for deliveries outside of our Wow Delivery Area) after a discount has been applied. For example; if your order total is $120 and you apply a $50 loyalty points voucher this would bring your order total to $70, which is no longer eligible for free shipping.
If your order value is over $99 (or $199 for deliveries outside of our Wow Delivery Area) and the system is still trying to apply shipping, there are a couple of things you can check:
1). Are you eligible for Wow Home Delivery? - Check your postcode here
2). When going through the checkout process, once you get to the shipping screen, check the shipping options available. The system will often default to paid shipping, even if you have qualified for free shipping. There should be 2 options on the shipping screen - paid or free, so simply select the free shipping option.
