I was at Future Magic Brewery yesterday before the cricket and I am not a beer drinker.
They had the 8th Day Pink Lady Cider on tap and i purchased a pint to suss it out.
Many ciders I have had before have been OK but nothing I would rate highly.
The Pink Lady was delicious. It was light, smooth and sweet enough to throw down without a worry.
It was a very humid day and the cider went down perfectly for the weather provided. I grabbed another pint and it went down just as easily as the first, before we headed off to the Gabba and had to deal with their sub par options.
At this point in time, your Pink Lady Cider is the best cider I have ever tried.
You should be so proud of the product you have delivered.
I hope to see it in local bottleo's one day soon.
